I have been training professionally for the last 3 years. I grew up playing sports (basketball, softball, volleyball, flag football). I didn't join a gym until about 6 years ago, which is when I realized that I'm good at it and would like to be able to help others. I started training family and friends before I decided to get my certification to possibly make a career from this. I've always wanted to help people and I found that this was the best way for me to do it. I like to give my clients the tools to achieve their goals, whether they are training with me or working out on their own.
