Why are some people better at telling a story or a joke than others? Why do some people stand out at work? What makes us trust a person? You can improve your speaking and communication skills through private coaching. We’ll investigate the words you choose, the way you put your ideas together, and how you use your voice and your body when you speak. If you feel that you are getting in your own way, or that the best version of you isn't shining through the nervousness or the insecurity, you will get a lot out of working with a coach. Coaching is personal. Everyone is working with different strengths and challenges.

I've been coaching folks to present their best authentic selves for two decades. I'm a professor of Acting, Speech, and Public Speaking. I’ve worked as a director in the theater for 25 years.
I've helped executives to develop their speaking and leadership skills. I enjoy working with politicians to articulate their mission, to cultivate their image, and to find their "voice". I can help you interview strongly for the next gig. I've worked with Influencers to cultivate their identities. I've coached lawyers in the courtroom. I love working with maids and men of honor and best persons to write and rehearse their toasts and with brides and grooms to brainstorm, shape, and rehearse their vows.
We'll work together to learn more about YOU and the kind of impact you want to make. Coaching is personal and everyone is working with different strengths and challenges. I don't coach cookie-cutter leadership and self-improvement nonsense. Our work together is Actionable.
My clients get jobs they are interviewing for, promotions they deserve and raises they've earned. My clients who are presenting themselves and their messages on a regular basis develop real confidence in themselves. My clients who struggle to speak up at all will learn to contribute and move beyond nervousness and anxiety.
Coaching is investigative. This is an opportunity to make some important changes to the way you lead your life.
I prefer to work with clients on a regular weekly or monthly schedule.
