Top Notch Services was started by two childhood friends three years ago in New York City. One of the owners was into marketing and the other as a locksmith.

After working for other people for a number of years they decided to open Top Notch Security to provide the most reliable locksmith and security services at a reasonable rate through out the New York City Metro Area.
