I am an eating disorder survivor. I battled nutrition issues most of my life. I fell into the trap of eating nutritious food and then binging because I deprived myself so much. I went from 130lb to 95 lb to 140lb. and miserable every step of the way. I got to the point of being so miserable and sad that I knew there had to be a better way.

I received my certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I love helping with all aspects of this transformation it is truly inspiring.
