Registered Dietitian

I am a clinical and functional focused dietitian looking to put into practice my knowledge, empathy, and enthusiasm for empowering individuals on how to reach their health goals in a way that is pleasurable for them.

I have a double bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, and Nutrition, Fitness and Health from Purdue University and am a Registered Dietitian with over three years of clinical experience. After a year of clinical rotations at one of the most prestigious Dietetic Internships, I have excelled at providing comprehensive medical nutrition therapy. I have worked independently as a freelance dietitian with individuals with diverse health needs and cultural backgrounds. Currently, I work with couples with infertility issues, a lot of them experiencing a wide range of chronic issues, such as obesity, metabolic syndrome, endocrine disorders, insulin resistance, and diabetes. I also work one-to-one with women who are pregnant, lactating, and who have high-risk pregnancies. I am happy to say that my clients are often extremely satisfied about the changes they see upon taking on a customized plan I have created for them. I would love to bring this same dedication and energy to this role.

As a dietitian, it is my job to figure out the best way to keep my self and my clients healthy. We now know that food is medicine, the most powerful drug on the planet, but it is also information that controls every aspect of our biology and health. My diets focus not on how much calories my clients needs, but on the quality of the foods they eat.
