I spent the first years of my career as a divorce attorney. After all that negativity (and boy was there negativity) I decided to pursue my dream of truly helping people in a positive way. I have a lot of personal experience yo-yo dieting and I now have a habit change offer that sticks. The weight stays off and the confidence goes up. After all of my experience in this area, I would say that what people need is accountability and support and that is what I provide. I have had clients lose weight and keep it off without crazy diets or military type exercises. There are also no products to buy. Just me and you on a journey of habit change.

From my previous career I brought out my drive to help my clients feel the undeniably rewarding feeling that comes with success.
