A term that accurately describes myself is “driven.” I constantly seek to educate others in many aspects within healthcare. A wide spectrum of my knowledge and studies include nutritional science, exercise science and movement, stretching therapy, pre/post-natal education, and medical terminology/clinical procedures. I believe that these skills and expertise are vital for one to truly comprehend the internal and outlying factors that may contribute to general health.
I have been a Food Educator for three years working with students ranging from as early as pre-kindergarden to late adulthood. I would teach them in different ways of implementing the importance of healthy eating using natural organic everyday ingredients into daily life. My primary expertise is delegating easy and fun healthy recipes for families to enjoy.
Fitness has always been an integral part of my life. From competing in MMA fighting to gaining additional certifications within therapeutic exercises and health coaching, I began to understand the capabilities of the human body. By working with various exclusive health clubs, I built my expertise and status to become an Elite Health Fitness Specialist.
In addition, I have been in healthcare for eight years. Due to my experience within the medical field, I also work with clients who have chronic injuries, limitations, and those undergoing post-operative rehabilitation. By combining my skills and education, not only have I successfully developed rapport but also help treat many unique individuals.
Overall, I believe in the holistic approach towards health and wellness.
