Prior to receiving B.S. degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition, struggled with losing weight. He was obese and inactive. However, through constant diet and behavioral changes, he has lost 65 lb in 2012. He has successfully controlled weight ever since by applying an individualized approach utilizing a basic concept (calorie reduction) to facilitate a permanent lifestyle change.
