I have always believed in the importance of basing my approach to my clients and the development of their programs on solid principles. First and foremost, it is always my top priority to ensure that my clients are always safe, performing every movement of each exercise safely and approaching their dietary program in a safe and healthy manner. Second, I continuously track my clients' progress, update their programs as they progress, and continuously push my clients to ensure they reach their goals and achieve lasting results. Thirdly, I believe it is vital to not only know the physical capabilities of my clients, but also to understand their personalities and the non fitness related aspects of their lives that effect their workout routines, eating habits, stress levels, and sleep. And finally, I believe my professional responsibilities do not end when my clients' sessions end. I am my clients' trainer 24/7 and always communicate with my clients away from their scheduled sessions. Established in 2009.
I began working as a full time professionally certified personal trainer and nutritionist in 2009 and have been developing and implementing highly detailed, comprehensive, and personalized exercise and dietary programs since.
My years of competitive athletic and professional experience have molded the two main concepts of my philosophy on fitness and health. First, regular exercise and a healthy diet are the foundations of physical health. Second, anyone, regardless of experience or ability, who truly dedicates his or herself to their goals will achieve profound and lasting results.

My programming objective is simple and straightforward: I strive to combine my first hand athletic and professional experiences with my knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and psychology to develop for my clients the most comprehensive, safe, and effective exercise and nutrition programs possible.
I have developed programs for serious amateur athletes looking to enhance their physical attributes and improve their performances, for individuals working to lose significant amounts of weight, for men and women focused on building, toning, and sculpting their physiques, for those recovering from an acute injury, and for adults of all ages committed to improving their internal health.
