Kelvin Gary is a New York City Based, NASM Certified, personal trainer and performance enhancement coach. After spending several years in corporate America, Kelvin decided to leave the suit and tie behind in exchange for running shoes and t-shirts. Kelvin turned his love for fitness and helping others be their best into a thriving personal training and performance coaching career. As personal trainer with two engineering degrees under his belt, Kelvin combines his problem solving mindset with his fitness knowledge to help his clients get results and perform better. He's an avid cyclist and kettlebell junkie who specializes in whole body integration and functional training. Established in 2012.

After graduate school (MBA, NYU-Stern; [site] Engineering, University of Miami-Florida) and the corporate life, Kelvin Gary saw a better way for himself--and his eventual clients. So the positive-minded fitness guru traded in his dress slacks for gym shorts, and didn't look back.
In creating Body Space Fitness, Kelvin addressed a population whose needs were not being met. They were stuck between private training and group fitness, wanting programs specific to their goals, but not necessarily being able to afford the one-on-one service. In 2012, Kelvin founded the first Body Space Fitness in Union Square, New York City. Body Space Fitness specializes in quality coaching and training that motivates, inspires, and challenges individuals to reach their greatest potential through fitness, nutrition, and overall balance.
At Body Space Fitness, we've got over 4,000 square feet of open space, filled with the best in functional training gear. Kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension trainers ([site] TRX), top-of-the-line power racks, multi-purpose cable machines, and more aid us in bringing functional training to the forefront of fitness.
Our 65-foot strip of indoor turf is kinder on your joints than a treadmill, and ideal for developing real strength, power, and endurance.
