Formerly an Actor, Dancer, Waitress, Restaurant Manager, Photocopier Technician and [site] Pam has found her calling as a NY Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). She has a history of caretaking, so making people feel better is a natural fit. Pam expanded her practice in 2014 when she was no longer able to meet the needs of her busy practice on her own. Pam graduated from the world renowned Swedish Institue in 2008 and opened her private practice once licensed. In 2014 she moved and expanded to include a small team of talented LMTs to keep up with our client's needs. We have a cozy studio where you can get away from it all to reduce stress and restore function. Our friendly team will take you back to your better self through therapeutic massage. To assist your muscles back to optimum health we use myofascial release, deep tissue massage and a variety of other modalities such as cupping and vibration. You will also be provided with self care tips to maintain your body's renewed state of openness and reduced tension. Our Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) tailor every massage to meet the specific needs of each client. We offer 60 and 90 minute sessions as well as discounted packages.
