I train women to step into their power and create the life that they want, through strengthening their self-empowerment, self-love, and self-worth.

My inspiration for this work comes from my own life. In 2015, I fought off an attempted kidnapping, and I was instrumental in bringing one of my attempted kidnappers to justice in 2018. After his trial, I left my husband, went on a self-created sabbatical, started traveling, and I wrote a memoir of my life after the attempted kidnapping. In 2019, when I asked people what they most wanted to learn from me, they said that they wanted to learn how to live life like I did, and my coaching practice was born.
