Hello! I am Jill a passionate Certified Health Coach from Chicago IL from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, My coaching philosophy stems from Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.) While teaching Pilates my clients would often ask. Do you have any healthy recipes or weightloss tips? I then found several years ago that health coaching existed and this was a perfect fit for me to educate myself and clients on a healthy lifestyle.
Hard working professionals that need assistance with quick healthy recipes and exercise tips to get them moving. I also work with seniors on creative ways to keep them healthy and staying active in their golden years.
I cater every session to meet the needs of that specific client. Not every client wants a meal plan or weight loss exercise routine. They may simply be looking to lower their blood pressure or cholesterol which I do work with quite often.
To be open to change and take one day at a time.
My philosophy stems from a Healthy Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Nutrition.
