    How did I get started doing this type of work?

    After losing 84 lbs. myself, it changed every aspect of my life and I wanted to help others do the same. I left teaching and entered the fitness field.

    Who are my typical clients?

    Any one looking for positive health change. That can range from weight loss, to having more energy, and I even work with special populations like parkinson's disease and type 2 diabetes in collaboration with their medical providers.

    What makes my work and approach unique?

    Since I have not always been fit, I understand what it is like to be pre-diabetic and 244 lbs. My approach is that of sustainability for the long term, not a lose weight fast approach.

    What value do my services bring to clients?

    My services bring clients attainable results in small steps that last a lifetime. I help them understand the science and why behind changes and make sure they are catered to their specific needs and lifestyle.

    What clients need to understand before hiring you?

    If your looking for a lose weight quick at all costs yo yo approach, I'm not your guy. If you are interested in understanding how your body responds to different foods and exercise habits and want a lasting change, I can't wait to meet you!

    What is my philosophy and preferences in working with clients?

    My philosophy is that every person has unique needs that need to be approached specific to them. Their is no cookie cutter approach, and there are no shortcuts to sustainable health.

    Additional information about pricing (e.g. payment terms, discounts, etc...)

    Typically my clients pay up front for the month and the more frequently per week we meet, the less each session costs. 1 x a week is $60 a session, 2 x a week is $55 a session, and 3 x a week is $50 a session. I do try and work with peoples budgets when needed and can also offer half hour sessions and virtual training and coaching. I do not require a contract and any unused sessions can be immediately refunded if for some reason the need arises.

    What equipment, tools, personnel, resources do you have available?

    In person I have 10,000$ worth of fitness equipment in my home facility so that I can sanitize equipment between each session to keep people safe. I can also schedule phone call and virtual sessions through facetime and zoom.
