I start each person with 12 sessions. We create your goals together and they work to break down barriers, find hope, and create a new path.

I love helping people! I started as a nutritionist and got into coaching to help me be better at it. Then I realized I loved it and wanted to work with topics beyond nutrition as well.
My typical clients are leaders and aspiring leaders as well as clients with complex health concerns such as autoimmune or chronic conditions.
I love coaching because it's not about me. It's about YOU! I don't just tell my clients what to do. I co-create a plan with them and them help them work through the blocks that come up and help them find their inner strength to succeed.
Coaching with me gets you my undivided attention during our session. I use assessments, exercises, and homework to help you and provide further resources when needed. I bring a wealth of knowledge about holistic health and nutrition, positive psychology, mindfulness, and organizational leadership to help you reach your goals.
You need to know that the client must be highly active and present in the sessions and in between sessions. I can't do the inner work for you, but I will be there along the way.
My rate is $55 per session. That covers the session itself plus all research, resources, and off-session work I put into you case. Sessions may be paid in 6 or 12-week packages. No weekly payments accepted.
