Hello! I am a mom of two that has been through two pregnancies and have gotten back into shape after both. I have a degree in Dietetics and nutrition continues to be a passion of mine. Working out is a must for both my physical and mental health. I am a true believer that nutrition & fitness is a game changer in life. My past experience has been a nutrition director in a nursing home, school, and currently in the local YMCA. I love to talk to people about their own health and wellness journey and enjoy being their motivator/consultant in whatever they need. I am excited to give you the kick in the butt you need to take control of your health and better your self-both physically and mentally.
