I’m Christine Gilgoff, a Dr. Sears Wellness Institute trained health coach. I will empower you with practical and sustainable strategies which will enable you to achieve your health and wellness goals.

Healthy cooking and nutrition have been my passion for the past 20 years. I worked endlessly to create a balance that encompassed a healthy attitude, enough exercise and recipes that were both nutritious and delicious.

As a busy mother of 2, that balance was continually put to the test. But despite picky eaters, and busy schedules, my husband ( a pediatrician since 1996) and I created a healthy blueprint utilizing real foods that the kids actually enjoy! Every child and every family is unique, and I yearned to help others in their own quest for family health.

This is what led me to the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. It was here that I received my health coach certification. I chose Dr. Sears because his training is scientific and evidence based. The school provided me with credible information and material based on proven science. My goal is to pass this information on to others in need of making lasting change in their own lives.
