I have been a Professional Chef and in the Restaurant Business in NYC for over 25 years. I started at the age of 13 as a dishwasher and clean up boy and worked my way all through the business. I have experience in all fields of the industry, from the back of the house to the front. Cooking, creating new dishes, and meeting new people is my greatest passion. A few of my most memorable achievements are:
At the age of 22 I was Executive Sous Chef of banquets at the famous Tavern On The Green in Manhattan. At the age of 25 Became an Executive Chef Of Palmers Crossing in Westchester NY. I've had a bunch of great write ups, have been involved in several food shows, and have Cooked for some amazing people. My greatest achievement in my career was appearing on the Food Network as a contestant on the Chopped
