Willow House is led by creative director and founder Michelle Schultz who has over a decade experience as a makeup artist working in editorial, celebrity, and weddings.

After doing 200+ weddings over the years she has witnessed that every couple is unique, including their beauty needs. As her demand increased in the wedding industry, she began to take note of it’s lack of inclusivity and diversity.
